Olympique Lyonnes have completed the signing of Marie-Antoinette Katoto from rivals Paris Saint-Germain on a four-year deal, Afrosport reports.
Katoto, who came through PSG’s academy, is the French capital outfit’s all-time top scorer with 180 goals in 223 games and lifted the Premiere Ligue in 2021 as well as three Coupe de France titles.
The 26-year-old, who is of DR Congo heritage, has been capped 53 times for the France women’s national team, scoring 37 goals and featuring at the Women’s Euro 2022 championship, the 2024 Summer Olympics and the 2025 UEFA Women’s Nations League.
“OL Lyonnes is delighted to announce the arrival of French international striker, Marie Antoinette Katoto, for four seasons, until June 30, 2029,” read a statement on the club website.
“The club is pleased to have convinced Marie-Antoinette Katoto to join OL Lyonnes and is looking forward to seeing her progress over the next four seasons, alongside her new Lyon teammates.”

Katoto is the first signing of new head coach Jonatan Giraldez. He was appointed on Monday to replace Joe Montemurro, who departed to take charge of the Australia women’s national team.
Montemurro led Lyon to their 18th Premiere Ligue title last season and also the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League, which they are a record eight-time holders.
