The French Ligue 1 disciplinary committee on Wednesday sanctioned Lyon and Nice with a one-game partial stadium closures over crowd behaviour, Afrosport reports.
Lyon fans disrupted their 1-0 home win over Saint Etienne earlier this month with Pyrotechnics, while Nice supporters also used the same devices in the 2-2 draw with visitors Lille.
Nantes were also given a one-match provisional partial stadium closure after their fans threw objects during a 2-0 home loss to Le Havre on Sunday, in a game they also attempted to invade the pitch.
The LFP revealed that the findings of their investigation into the matter involving Nantes will be announced on 18 December.
Olympique Marseille were handed a one-match stadium closure after spectators threw objects in their 3-1 home defeat to AJ Auxerre this month.
Lyon, who sits in sixth place, sanctioned with a provisional relegation by France’s National Directorate of Management Control earlier this month over alleged financial mismanagement, will host fifth-placed Nice at Parc Olympique Lyonnais on Sunday.
