D’Tigress star Lauren Ebo has secured a move to Spanish side Club Joventut Badalona on a one-year deal until June 2026, Afrosport reports.
The 25-year-old was part of the Nigerian team that made history at the 2024 Paris Olympics but missed out on the final roster for the just concluded FIBA Women’s Afrobasket.
She joins Joventut Badalona, who are based in Catalonia and compete in Spain’s Liga Femenina, the nation’s top-tier women’s basketball league.
“Club Joventut Badalona and Lauren Ebo have reached an agreement for next season, and the center signs with the Penya until June 2026,” the club statement read.

Ebo, who plays as a center or power forward, starred for Polish side Klub Sportowy Basket, dropping averages of 15.4 points and 10.1 rebounds per game, with a performance rating of 19
