Manchester City and Atletico Madrid have agreed a deal for Julian Alvarez worth £82 million, Afrosport reports.
According to Sky Sports, the Spanish capital giants will pay £64 million upfront for the Argentina forward and will pay the remainder of the fee in add-ons.
The deal when completed, will represent a huge profit on the £14 million City paid River Plate for his services in January 2022.
Alvarez has played 103 games for the Citizens since joining and has scored 36 goals and provided 18 assists.
The 24-year-old has won two Premier League titles, the FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup.
Julian Alvarez also won the 2022 World Cup with Argentina, as well as the Copa America earlier this year.
