German midfielder Jamal Musiala has signed a new contract extension with Bayern Munich until June 2030, Afrosport reports.
Musiala, whose previous contract with the Bundesliga leaders ends in the summer of 2026, has put pen to paper on a new five-year deal to remain at Allianz Arena.
The 21-year-old joined Bayern from Chelsea’s academy in 2019, before signing his first professional contract with the Bavarian club two years later at the age of 18.
“I am very happy. Bayern is one of the most important clubs in the world,” Musiala said. “This is where I took my first steps in professional football, and I am convinced that I can achieve great things with this club in the coming years.
“I feel at home both in Munich and at the club with our great fans. We’ve got a lot of things we want to achieve. I’m excited for everything that’s to come.”
