Arsenal have announced Thomas Partey’s stunning goal in a Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur in October as their Best Goal in the Year 2022.
The Ghana midfielder secured 51 per cent of the total votes to beat Granit Xhaka’s effort from 30 yards against Manchester United in April.
Partey also secured the third spot with his long-range strike against Nottingham Forest in the English top-flight this season.

On October 1, the Black Stars midfield maestro curled in a superb shot from outside the penalty area to the top corner as Mikel Arteta’s men raced to a 3-1 victory against their North London rivals.
The 29-year-old has played 12 Premier League games this season and he has two goals to his name.
Partey will be looking to help Arsenal end year 2022 on a winning note and also extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table when they face Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium on Saturday.
