Eberechi Eze registered his first goal contribution for Arsenal in nearly three months with two assists in Sunday’s 4-0 win over Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup fourth round, Afrosport reports.
The 27-England forward of Nigerian heritage last had a goal contribution with an assist in a 3-1 win over Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League last November while his last goal come in the North London derby against Tottenham Hotspur when he scored a hat-trick in the same month.
The former Crystal Palace man has come under fire ever since, with his transfer being questioned. He however shut critics up when he assisted the first two goals against Wigan for Noni Madueke and Gabriel Martinelli in the 11th and 18th minute respectively.

Jack Hunt scored an own goal in the 23rd minute to make it 3-0 before Gabriel Jesus completed the scoring in the 27th minute.
In other results on Sunday, Fulham came from behind to defeat Stoke City 2-1 at Bet365 Stadium while Sunderland and Wolverhampton Wanderers recorded respective 1-0 away wins at Oxford United and Grimsby Town.
Meanwhile, Leeds United defeated Birmingham City 4-2 on penalties following a 1-1 draw after extra time at St. Andrew’s
