Youssef En-Nesyri was on the scoresheet for Sevilla once again as the Andalusian outfit finished with nine men in their 2-2 La Liga draw with Celta Vigo at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on Friday.
Los Rojiblancos had won two of their last three games and were expected to make home advantage count.
They however had a setback when Senegal midfielder Pape Gueye received his marching orders in the opening 13 minutes after collecting two yellow cards.
Sevilla were still able to take the lead thanks to En-Nesyri who sent in a powerful header from a corner kick two minutes before the halftime break. It was the Morocco international’s seventh league goal of the season and 14th in all competitions.
Marcos Acuna doubled their lead in the 81st minute and just when it seemed three points were in the bag, Celta Vigo clawed their way through Miguel Rodriguez and Goncalo Paciencia in the 89th and 93rd minute respectively.
The contest ended with goalscorer Acuna receiving a straight red card.

The result leaves Sevilla in 13th place on the log but far from safety as just five points separates them and 18th-placed Espanyol in the relegation zone.
Their next fixture is a trip to Old Trafford where they face Manchester United in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa League.
