The fourth round, which is the quarterfinals stage of the competition, will see Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur serve up the biggest match-up in the round.
Defender champions Liverpool will head to the Amex Stadium to take on Brighton and Hove Albion.
Six-time winners Manchester United will host Leicester City at Old Trafford, while Aston Villa and Crystal Palace will face off in another all-Premier League affair.
Meanwhile, the three Championship teams remaining in the competition – Sheffield Wednesday, Stoke City and Preston North End – will take on Premier League oppositions in Brentford, Southampton and Arsenal, respectively.
Following their five-nil thrashing of Barrow, Chelsea will battle the winner of the rescheduled encounter between AFC Wimbledon and Newcastle, which is now to be played at the St. James’ Park on October 1st after it was postponed due to flooding at Cherry Records Stadium.
