Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki have announced the signing of Nigerian defender William Troost-Ekong from English championship side Watford on a three-year deal.
Ekong departs the Hornets after three seasons and will wear the No. 15 jersey for the Double-Headed Eagles of the North, with the actual details of the transfer remaining undisclosed.

The Super Eagles vice-captain joins his ninth club after making 68 appearances for Watford and playing a crucial role in their promotion to the Premier League in the 2021–22 season.
Before his move to Greece, the Nigerian spent six months in Serie A with Salernitana, helping them avoid relegation with one goal in his nine appearances, but the Italian side declined the option to make the deal permanent.
