Italian powerhouse Juventus has reached an agreement with Lille for the signing of American football star Timothy Weah in a deal worth around €12 million.
Weah, the son of former Ballon d’Or winner and current Liberian president George Weah, was previously linked with the likes of Marseille and Sevilla, but the former Paris Saint-Germain forward is moving to Italy.

The 23-year-old is set to undergo his medical in Turin this Thursday before agreeing to a long-term deal with the Old Lady.
Weah spent four seasons at Lille, scoring eight goals in 107 appearances with the French side. He was also part of the USMNT squad at the 2022 World Cup, scoring one goal in four matches.
