Gabon international Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has completed a return to Marseille, a year after leaving the French club, Afrosport reports.
Aubameyang departed Marseille for Al-Qadsiah last summer but left the Saudi Pro League side earlier this month on a free transfer—this came after both parties agreed to a contract buyout.
He bagged 21 goals in 36 appearances across all competitions last season as Al-Qadsiah finished fourth in the league and reached the King’s Cup final.

The 36-year-old has signed a two-year contract at Marseille until 2027 and returns for his second stint at Stade Velodrome, where he spent the 2023-24 campaign.
He scored 30 goals and provided 11 assists in 51 matches during his first spell with the Ligue 1 club.
Aubameyang secures his fifth transfer deal since leaving Arsenal in 2022 and becomes the fourth signing at Marseille this summer, joining Angel Gomes, CJ Egan-Riley, and Pierre Emile Hojbjerg.
