Crystal Palace have completed the signing of Jorgen Strand Larsen from Wolverhampton Wanderers for a fee in the region of £48 million, Afrosport reports
The Norwegian forward joined Wolves permanently from Celta Vigo last summer after a successful loan spell during the 2024-25 campaign when he netted 14 goals in 35 Premier League.
He has however failed to hit those heights this term with just six goals in 26 competitive games.
Strand Larsen is Palace’s record signing, breaking the £35 million paid to sign Brennan Johnson from Tottenham Hotspur, and has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal.
“I’m really excited to come to Crystal Palace. It’s been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time now,” he said.
“I’m here to bring energy and goals, and to try to do my best for the club.”
We are delighted to announce the signing of Jørgen Strand Larsen from Wolverhampton Wanderers in a club-record deal ❤️💙

Meanwhile, French foward Jean-Philippe Mateta, who handed a transfer request, will remain at Selhurst Park after a move to Italian giants AC Milan fell through following a failed medical examination.
