Ogunmodede helped Remo Stars to a consecutive second-place finish in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) last season.
It is also the third time the gaffer will lead the Skye Blue Stars through continental engagements.
After signing the contract extension, the coach expressed delight and thanked the club for rewarding his efforts over the years.
“I am glad is an understatement,” Ogunmodede said. “I am happy the club is able to see what I have done so far and to have counted me worthy to have an extension is a big motivation for me.
“My thanks, of course, goes to my staff and my players; without their empathy and friendship, this wouldn’t be possible. I love my players and it is a pleasure to know that we are going to be together for at least the next three years.
“The target is to win the League and go far on the continent”.
The first port of call for the gaffer after the contract extension is a CAF Champions League first preliminary round, first leg fixture against AS FAR of Morocco.
The first leg comes up on Sunday, August 18 in Ikenne, while the Skye Blue Stars will travel to Rabat for the second leg on Sunday, August 25, 2024.
