Quenda and Essugo are the newest young players acquired by Chelsea after already acquiring 17-year-old Brazilian Estevao Willian and 17-year-old Ecuadorian Kendry Paez who will move in the summer.
The five-time Premier League champions have continued to invest heavily in youth since the takeover of the club from Roman Abramovich by a consortium led by Todd Boehly three years ago.
