Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle has unveiled his 23-man squad for Nigeriaโs crucial World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Benin Republic this month, Afrosport reports.
The list is headlined by captain William Troost-Ekong and Calvin Bassey in defence; goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali; midfielders Alex Iwobi and Wilfred Ndidi; as well as forwards Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman and Tolu Arokodare.
Hull City defender Semi Ajayi returns to the squad having recovered from a lengthy injury layoff, while OGC Nice striker Terem Moffi and Russia-based forward Olakunle Olusegun are also recalled.

Nigeria sit third in Group C and are currently three points behind leaders Benin Republic following FIFAโs ruling South Africaโs ineligibility case.
The Super Eagles face Lesothoโs Crocodiles in Polokwane, South Africa on Friday, 10 October, before hosting the Cheetahs of Benin in Uyo on Tuesday, 14 October.
The invited players are expected to arrive South Africa on Monday, October 6 from their respective bases.
