The Confederation of African Football has revealed the fixtures for the final qualification round of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024) Afrosport reports.
The standout fixture will see West African giants Nigeria and Ghana renew their rivalry, while Guinea will be up against neighbours Guinea-Bissau in another West African affair.
Defending champions Senegal will battle it out with Liberia, while Cameroon will face a stern test against the Central African Republic. Ivory Coast have been drawn against Burkina Faso, Mauritania will be up against Mali, Togo battle Niger while Chad will take on DR Congo.
Other fixtures see Burundi up against Uganda, Ethiopia tackle neighbours Sudan, South Sudan and Rwanda will go head to head likewise Eswatini and Madagascar, Lesotho and Angola as well as Mozambique and Zambia.
Each fixture will be played over two legs between December 20th and 29th, with the winners securing their place in the CHAN 2024 tournament proper which runs from February 1st to 28th in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
