The draw for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) will be conducted on Wednesday, 15 January 2025, at the Kenyatta International Conventional Centre in Nairobi, Kenya, Afrosport reports.
African football governing body, CAF, confirmed on Monday that the draw ceremony, where teams will get to know their group stage opponents, will get underway at 8pm local time (6pm Nigeria Time).
The 2024 CHAN, the eighth edition of the tournament, is scheduled to take place from 1-28 February 2025 in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
The CHAN tournament will also serve as a test run for the three countries that have also jointly won the bid to host the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
