The Technical Study Group (TSG) of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Monday, revealed the best-performing 11 players during the group stages of the ongoing CAF Women’s Champions League in Morocco, Afrosport reports.
According to CAF, the TSG consists of several African football experts, including coaches, analysts, and technical advisors.
The group stages best performing XI includes four AS FAR players, two from debutants Edo Queens and FC Masar, and one each from reigning champions Mamelodi Sundowns, University of the Western Cape (UWC), and TP Mazembe.

AS FAR goalkeeper and Morocco international Khadija ER-Rmichi is the chosen shot-stopper having conceded just one goal in three group games.
The centre-back pairing is made up of Nouhaila Benzina (AS FAR) and Shadia Nankya (FC Masar), while Cordelia Odoma (Edo Queens) and Karabo Dhlamini of Mamelodi Sundowns are the full-backs.
27-year-old Amogelang Motau sits as the midfield anchor, and is joined by Sanaa Mssoudy (AS FAR) and Sandrine Niyonkuru of FC Masar.
Meanwhile, the frontline comprises Edo Queens’ Emem Peace Essien as well as Moroccan teenage sensation Doha El Madani (AS FAR) and Lacho Marta of TP Mazembe.
The CAF TSG also selected Ahmad Ramadhan of FC Masar as the best coach of the group stages, while Mssoudy was announced as best player.
