The 2023 CAF Awards will take centre stage in Morocco tonight as African football stakeholders gather at the Palais des Congres in Marrakech to celebrate outstanding achievements and excellence.

13 awards are up for grabs in this year’s award ceremony which is headlined by the African Footballer of the Year honours.
Two-time African Footballer of the Year, Mohammed Salah of Egypt will challenge Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen and Morocco defender Achraf Hakimi for the men’s top prize.
For the women’s African Footballer of the Year award, record winner Asisat Oshoala of Nigeria is eyeing a sixth crown and will hope to fend off competition from South Africa’s Thembi Kgatlana and Zambia’s Barbra Banda.
