On Tuesday night at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, the Bucks and Boston Celtics combined for a record-low two free throw attempts in a game in which the 2021 NBA champions won 104-91.
The Bucks, whose four-game losing streak came to an end, attempted the only free throws in the game, with two-time league MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo converting one of his two attempts.

The Celtics, who have the league’s best record this season, also made NBA history by becoming the first team ever to not attempt a free throw in a game, while the Bucks’ four fouls at Fiserv Forum on Tuesday night were the fewest in the history of the NBA.
The Bucks and Celtics both combined to break the previous record of eleven free throw attempts set in November 2019 in a game between the Indiana Pacers and Orlando Magic, in which the two teams shot five and six free throws, respectively.
