Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham has been named UEFA Champions League Young Player of the Season while Vinicius Junior is named the Best Player of the Season.

The duo were instrumental in Los Blancos’ 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the final on Saturday at Wembley Stadium, with Bellingham assisting Vinicius for the second goal in the 83rd minute.

Vinicius, on the other hand, won his second Champions League title and ended this season with six goals and five assists in ten games.

The two stars have also been included in the Champions League’s Team of the Season, which includes two other Real Madrid stars, Antonio Rudiger and Dani Carvajal, as selected by UEFA’s Technical Observer panel.

Finalists Dortmund also have four players on the all-star team list, with goalkeeper Gregor Kobel, defenders Ian Maatsen and Mats Hummels, as well as midfielder Marcel Sabitzer.

The other three players on the list include Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane, who finished with eight goals, tied with Kylian Mbappe; Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Vitinha; and Manchester City winger Phil Foden, who had five goals and three assists in eight matches.
