Afrosport TV added the NBA to its long list of partners in November with the agreement to show a live NBA game every week, which includes the Christmas Day fixture between Luka Doncic-inspired Dallas Mavericks and LeBron James’ Los Angeles Lakers.

In addition to the NBA games, the Free-to-Air sports channel holds the rights to all CAF events and will broadcast the 2023 African Nations Championship to fans across Nigeria and Africa starting from January 13 in Algeria.
