Terem Moffi has replaced Victor Boniface in the Super Eagles squad after the Bayer Leverkusen forward withdraw due to injury.
Boniface was expected to be play a key part in the Eagles’ quest for continental glory in the Ivory Coast. He however failed to feature in the friendly against a United Arab Emirates side which ended in a 12-0 win and Monday’s clash against Guinea which ended in a 2-0 loss.
Moffi will now take Boniface’s place after the OGC Nice forward was left out of the initial 25-man squad list.
