Angola manager Pedro Goncalves praised the mentality of his team after they secured a 1-1 draw with 2019 Africa Cup of Nations champions Algeria in Monday’s Group D encounter of the 2023 edition.
The Black Antelopes were able to respond after going behind and held on for a point that was pleasing to both players and fans.
Goncalves now wants his team to continue building on such momentum in their upcoming games.
