Cameroon and Zambia played out a 1-1 stalemate in their final friendly match before the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations on Tuesday.
The game, which took place at King Abdullah Sports City in Saudi Arabia, saw the Indomitable Lions score a 20th-minute equaliser after Leicester City forward Patson Daka had put the Chipolopolo ahead earlier on.

Daka, who was playing in his 41st match for Zambia, broke the deadlock in the tie in the 11th minute with his 19th goal on the international scene.
Eight minutes later, Lorient left-back Darlin Yongwa drew Cameroon level to ensure the spoils were shared between the two former AFCON winners.
The Indomitable Lions, led by former Liverpool defender Rigobert Song, are drawn in Group C alongside defending champions Senegal, Guinea, and Gambia.
Looking to win their sixth AFCON title, they will kick off their journey in Ivory Coast against the National Elephants on Monday, January 15, at Charles Konan Banny Stadium in Yamoussoukro.
Zambia, on the other hand, led by Avram Grant, former Chelsea and Ghana manager and winners of the 2012 edition of the tournament, are drawn in Group F with Morocco, DR Congo, and Tanzania.
The Chipolopolo will begin their race for a second AFCON trophy against the Leopards on Wednesday, January 17, at Laurent Pokou Stadium in San Pedro.
The 2023 AFCON commences in Ivory Coast on Saturday, January 13 and will end on Sunday, February 11, with the final slated to take place at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Ebimpe.
