Brentford forward Yoane Wissa, Olympique Marseille defender Chancel Mbemba, and Galatasaray forward Cedric Bakambu headline the 24-man squad list announced by Democratic Republic of Congo boss Sébastien Desabre on Thursday for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.

Wissa has four goals and two assists across 20 games for Brentford this season, while Bakambu has netted twice in 16 games for the Turkish giants this campaign, with Mbemba boasting five goals and seven clean sheets for Marseille in 24 games this term.
