AC Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze and South Africa-based goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali are the two latest arrivals at the Super Eagles training camp in Abu Dhabi.
Chukwueze, who was granted permission by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to partake in Milan’s Coppa Italia round of 16 tie against Cagliari on Tuesday, along with Chippa United’s shotstopper Nwabali, joined up with the other 17 early arrivals in the Eagles camp on Wednesday.

The arrival of the two stars brings the total tally of players in the team’s training base in the United Arab Emirates to 19, with head coach Jose Peseiro expecting six more players, including the recently called-up Alhassan Yusuf and Napoli marksman Victor Osimhen.
The players in camp will have their first training session this evening as they gear up for a week-long intensive session before returning to Nigeria on Tuesday, January 9, and jetting to Ivory Coast a day later.
The Super Eagles will begin their hunt for a fourth AFCON title with a meeting against Equatorial Guinea on January 14, before facing host nation Ivory Coast four days later and Guinea-Bissau on January 22.
