Nothing could separate Zambia and Comoros as they played out the first goalless draw of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Tuesday’s Group B game in Casablanca, Afrosport reports.
The Chipolopolo snatched a late 1-1 draw in their opener against Mali, while the Coelacanths put in a resilient performance in their 2-0 defeat to hosts Morocco.
Comoros had the biggest opportunity in the 19th minute when Myziane Maolida put the ball in the back of the net, but it was overruled by VAR for a foul in the build-up.
The island nation were the better side for much of the contest but failed to create any clear-cut chances.
