Real Betis have completed the signing of Manchester United winger Antony on loan for the rest of the 2024-25 season, Afrosport reports.
The Brazilian joins the Seville outfit with United reportedly paying 84% of his wages and bonuses while there is no option to buy him at the end of the loan deal.
Antony joined United from Ajax in September 2022 for a reported fee of £86 million but has not been able to justify the price tag with just 12 goals and five assists in 96 competitive appearances.
The 24-year-old has scored only one Premier League goal since April 2023 and has not started any league game this season.
Real Betis thus offers Antony the chance for a fresh start in his career with the club led by former Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini.

They are currently ninth in the La Liga standings, two points away from the final European qualification spot.
Betis are also competing in the UEFA Conference League where they finished in 15th in the league phase and will battle in a playoff to reach the round of 16.
