Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has resumed individual training days after sustaining a hamstring injury, the club announced on Thursday.
Kane reportedly suffered a hamstring tear in Bayern’s 1-1 at Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
A statement from Bayern on Sunday confirmed that the 31-year-old had a tear in his right hamstring and would be missing “for the time being”.

The England international was forced to watch from the stands as the Bavarians were knocked out of the German Cup following a 1-0 defeat to Bayern Leverkusen in the round of 16 on Tuesday.
However, Bayern, whose head coach Vincent Kompany said earlier in the week he hoped Kane would return before the end of the year, has been handed a huge boost by the striker.

Kane, who has missed just two games since moving to Allianz Arena in August 2023, has been in blistering form this season with 20 goals in 19 appearances across all competitions.
Bayern are in action against Heidenheim on Saturday, 7 December, and although the game probably comes a bit too soon for Kane, the news of his impending return will serve as a boost for the Bundesliga leaders, who are four points clear atop the standings.
