Yoane Wissa is targeting scoring more goals for Brentford after helping them to a 3-2 win over Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon, Afrosport reports.
The DR Congo forward scored a brace including the winner in the 58th minute to make it three straight home wins for the Bees.
It was the second brace for Wissa in the Premier League this season after the 4-3 win over newly-promoted Ipswich Town on October 26.
It also took him to 15 non-penalty goals in the league in 2024 which is second highest behind Erling Haaland’s tally of 19 goals.
“I love being here, in front of the fans and the family,” Wissa told the club website.
“The atmosphere is crazy. Every time we come on the pitch, I know we can do something.
“I try my best to bring energy – I know I have a big role – and my job is to score some goals. Now I want more.”

Wissa has played five straight matches since returning from injury early last month. He has a total of seven league goals in eight appearances this season and will next turn his attention to international duty with DR Congo as when they take on Guinea and Ethiopia in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
