Neymar is set for a spell on the sidelines as the Brazilian forward will be out for at least a month due to a hamstring injury, Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal confirmed on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old, who returned to action two weeks ago after spending over a year out with a serious knee injury, was replaced 29 minutes after coming on as a substitute in Al-Hilal’s 3-0 win over Iran’s Esteghlal in the Asian Champions Elite League on Monday

Neymar suffered a knee injury in October 2023, while on international duty with Brazil during a game against Uruguay in the CONMEBOL qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Brazilian signed for Al Hilal in the summer of 2023-24 season, and has played only seven games for the Saudi club following his move from French giants Paris St Germain for a reported fee of around 90 million euros.
