The organisers of Ogun Women Run, Brussels Sports Management Limited says the 3rd edition of their female-oriented road race will come up on December 7, 2024.
Managing Director of Brussel Sports Management Limited, Mr. Seyi Johnson who confirmed the date said the race routes will still be retained.
He added that arrangements are in top gear in ensuring that this edition becomes a reference point.
“We had a plan when the journey started, we have achieved a whole lot, but we know we can always come up with mouthwatering initiatives in different spheres.
“Come 7th December, Ogun State Women will have another opportunity to have a shot at doing something different from what they are used to.
“Remember, the race itself, apart from the prize incentive that comes with it, it is to create healthy living as well as bonding among women of the state, so once again, let’s come together and make this happen”.
Mr. Seyi Johnson noted that the public will be kept abreast of other information as momentum continue to gather for the Race.
The 5KM Race will flag off at Sapon, and it will terminate at the MKO Abiola stadium, Kuto, Abeokuta, it is opened to those between 25 and 60 years.
