The draw for the 2024 CAF Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations was held at the CAF headquarters in Cairo on Thursday, with the eight participating teams drawn into two groups.
The eight teams set to compete at the continental showpiece include Egypt, Senegal, Ghana, Morocco, Tanzania, Mauritania, Mozambique, and Malawi.
Hosts Egypt will kick off the competition with a huge clash against Ghana, with the two nations joined by Morocco and Tanzania in Group A.

Meanwhile, defending champions Senegal, who have lifted a record four titles, will battle 2022 hosts Mozambique, Malawi, and debutants Mauritania in Group B.

The sixth edition of the CAF Beach Soccer AFCON will take place between October 19–26 in Hurghada, Egypt, with the tournament to serve as a qualifier to 2025 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup set to take place in Africa for the very first time when Seychelles plays host to the 24 nations.
