Wilfred Ndidi was on target as Leicester City recorded a 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion on Saturday afternoon which took them back to the top of the Championship.
The Foxes were knocked off their perch by Ipswich Town after back-to-back 1-0 losses against Millwall and Plymouth away from home.
They however took advantage of playing in front of their fans at the King Power Stadium and went ahead in the 22nd minute when Ndidi pocked in Jamie Vardy’s rebounded effort from close range for his third Championship goal this season.

Veteran Vardy had the chance to score from the penalty spot on the stroke of half time but his effort hit the post.
The England striker made amends for his penalty miss in the 65th minute by heading in Ghanaian Issahaku Fatawu’s cross.
Jed Wallace scored West Brom’s consolation goal in the 76th minute.
The victory moved Leicester two points clear of Ipswich with three games left to wrap up the regular season before sealing automatic promotion back to the Premier League.
