The Group C encounter will take place at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, with kick-off time slated for 5 p.m. local time.
Following their failure to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the Super Eagles will begin their journey to compete in the 2026 edition with games against Lesotho Warriors of Zimbabwe at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali next month.
Also in Group C with Jose Peseiro’s side are Benin Republic, Rwanda, and South Africa, with the group leader booking an automatic berth in the 2026 World Cup to be hosted by the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
