Greek midfielder Anastasios Bakasetas doubled Trabzonspor’s lead four minutes to the halftime break with his freekick that went low and evaded all the players on its way in.
Onuachu was taken off for Enis Destan in the 47th minute and Egyptian forward Trezeguet, who came on for Abdulkadir Omur at the start of the second half, assisted Bosnian midfielder Edin Visca for the final goal in the 61st minute.
The victory was Trabzonspor’s third of the season from five games which sees them sit in fourth place, three points points behind leaders Fenerbahce.
Nenad Bjelica’s side’s next league assignment is a trip to Hatayspor next Monday.
