Odion Ighalo’s first game at the King Abdul Aziz Stadium ended in defeat as Al Wehda lost 3-0 to reigning Saudi Pro League champions Al-Ittihad on Monday night.
The Nigerian forward is a new signing by the Mecca outfit and scored off the bench in added time on his debut in a 3-0 win at Al Tai last time out.
The 34-year-old started on the bench once again but Al-Wehda were no match for Al-Ittihad as the Lusohone contingent of Romarinho, Jota and Igor Coronado all scored in the space of 10 minutes in the second half.
