AC Milan has agreed a long-term deal with Chelsea for the signature of English midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek in a deal worth around €20 million.
The 27-year-old, whose playing time has drastically reduced over the years, will move to Italy as a replacement for Newcastle United-bound Sandro Tonali.
Loftus-Cheek departs Stamford Bridge having featured 155 times, scoring 13 goals along with 18 assists.

According to reports, Milan, who are 19-time Serie A winners, have been eyeing the Chelsea academy graduate since May. However, the deal looks to have been agreed, and he will move to Italy for the upcoming season.
The length of Loftus-Cheek’s deal is currently unspecified, but he is expected to undergo his medicals early next week as he is set to become Milan’s first signing of the summer window.
He will join Tiemoue Bakayoko, Olivier Giroud, and Fikayo Tomori as the most recent players to have moved from the Blues to the Rossoneri, and the 17th player to have transferred between both clubs.
