  1. Ruben Dias (Manchester City)

Manchester City’s 2020-21 Player of the Season has only lost one out of the 25 league games he played this season, establishing himself as a rock in the Citizens’ backline.

Dias’ performance for the Manchester outfit propelled them to the top of the Premier League table, just above Arsenal and he continues to play a vital in the grand scheme of things.

  1. Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)

The Egyptian King has been a shining light in Liverpool’s stop-start season as he has continuously provided a glimmer of hope for the Reds throughout the season.

Salah’s consistent showing throughout the season has earned him a spot on this list of Top 5 Players in the Premier League.

One of the many milestones achieves by the two-time African Footballer of the Year in the 2022-23 season, was overtaking Robbie Fowler to become Liverpool’s all-time top scorer in the Premier League.

  1. Nick Pope (Newcastle United)

With 11 goals conceded in the first half of the season, Pope has been a standout figure for the Magpies under Eddie Howe.

He has contributed immensely to their excellent run throughout the season, making their tight defence in the league count for something.

  1. Erling Haaland (Manchester City)

Haaland shouldn’t really be a surprise addition to this list.

His arrival to the Premier League brought alot of anticipation and he did not disappoint Man City and the fans.

The Norway star is fast on the pitch and he is also fast at breaking records too – including the highest number of goals scored in a single league campaign – 35 goals and counting. H

Haaland’s record in front of goal has sent Manchester on course for another Premier League title.

  1. Bukayo Saka (Arsenal)

The Gunners are enjoying their best Premier League campaign since the triumphant Invincible in 2003-04 season and golden boy, Bukayo Saka is at the centre of the impressive run.

Saka is arguably the number one on this list because of his immense impact in Mikel Arteta’s team both on and off the pitch.

The 21-year-old is having his best season in front of goal, and his all-round gameplay in the attack and defence distinguishes him from the best of the rest.
