The Nigeria Football Federation announced on Saturday that the draws for the national competition of the 2023 Federation Cup will now take place on Wednesday, April 19, at the conference room of the NFF/FIFA Goal Project, inside the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
The country’s football body also released the required schedules, revealing that a total of eight matches will be played on Tuesday, April 18 in the structure of the National Playoffs. However, the Round of 64, which is the first round of the national competition, will hold on Wednesday, April 26.
The Round of 32 matches have been scheduled for Wednesday, May 3, with the Round of 16 slated for a week later on Wednesday, May 10.
The quarterfinals will take place on Wednesday, May 17, while the last four teams will battle in the semifinals on Wednesday, May 24.
Three days later, the curtains will be drawn on the tournament, with the final set for Saturday, May 27.
