Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank has confirmed that Yves Bissouma will be in the squad for the Premier League opener against newly-promoted Burnley on Saturday, Afrosport reports.
The Mali midfielder was left out of the UEFA Super Cup squad against Paris Saint-Germain in Udine on Wednesday as a disciplinary measure for turning up late in training multiple times during pre-season.
Having served his punishment, the former Brighton & Hove Albion player is now ready to take part in the action against the Clarets at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
“Bissouma was a situation. I addressed it, there was a consequence. He will be in the squad tomorrow,” Frank said ahead of the match.
Our 2025/26 Premier League campaign kicks off on Saturday.

Bissouma played 44 times in all competitions last season, scoring two goals as Tottenham ended their 17-year wait for a trophy by winning the Europa League.
