Romanian third division club CSM Lugoj sell Cameroon striker Njifakue for two containers

Romanian third-tier club, CS Municipal Lugoj confirmed the transfer of their Cameroon striker Aziz Njoya Njifakue to second division club ACS Viitorul Pandurii Targu Jiu after receiving two containers.

CS Municipal Lugoj explained that the club would use the containers released in the transfer deal to build their locker rooms.

The transfer news comes as a surprise with more than £6.5 billion spent on players worldwide, especially in Europe.

Njifakue appears to have moved on from the bizarre transfer deal as he made his debut in the Romanian Liga 2 on Saturday to play 44 minutes in Viitorul Pandurii Targu Jiu’s 1-1 draw with Csikszereda.
