Victor Osimhen’s transfer situation is still the talking point on social media with Chelsea and Saudi club Al Ahli competing to finalise the deal before the deadline.
Al Ahli have reportedly tabled €80m to Napoli with another tempting offer of €40m per season to Osimhen, while Chelsea are yet to match Napoli’s asking price for the Super Eagles striker but they have reportedly reached an agreement on personal terms with the Nigerian.
With the transfer window clock ticking down, football fans on social media believe Osimhen can still stay in Europe and snub Al Ahli if Chelsea improve their bid.
Osimhen has not hidden his admiration for the Premier League with particular interest in wearing Chelsea’s blue shirt.

If Victor Osimhen was solely about the money, Al Ahli would have announced him by now. His decision is the only reason that deal hasn’t happened. It’s clear he is looking to get a respectable deal in Europe – lost likely Chelsea – instead.
