Remo Stars have strengthened their squad with the capture of Malian duo Chaka Coulibaly and Adama Goita, both signing two-year contracts with the Sky Blue Stars ahead of the 2025-26 season, Afrosport reports.
The pair arrive from Mali’s top clubs, midfielder Coulibaly joins from Association Sportive Binga FC, while striker Adama Goita signs from AS Bakaridjan.
The signings are part of a busy transfer window for Remo Stars, who have also brought in Jerome Bonou from Association Omnisports Les Requins de l’Atlantique in Benin, former player Victor Mbaoma from Rwandan giants APR, and defender Chigozie Chilekwu from Tanzania’s Tabora United.
Coulibaly and Goita are expected to play key roles as Remo Stars prepare for a demanding campaign both in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) and on the continent.
