Kylian Mbappe was on the scoresheet for the fourth time in as many La Liga games as Real Madrid defeated Real Sociedad 2-1 with 10 men to maintain their 100% start to the season, Afrosport reports.
The French superstar had laid the ball for Turkish midfielder Arda Guler in the second minute at Reale Arena but the former was marginally offside.

The 26-year-old of Cameroonian heritage was however not going to be denied 10 minutes later as he clinically put the ball beyond Sociedad goalkeeper Alex Remiro to take his tally against the Basque opponents to seven goals in six competitive outings.
Xabi Alonso’s side were reduced to 10 men in the 32nd minute when new signing Dean Huijsen pulled Mikel Oyarzabal and was shown a straight red card.
Madrid were not undeterred by their numerical disadvantage as Mbappe combined with Guler who finally scored in the 44th minute for a 2-0 first half lead.
Sociedad reduced the deficit in the 56th minute after Oyarzabal converted from the penalty spot, Madrid were however able to hold firm to secure the three points and go three points clear of Getafe at the top of the table.
The Spanish capital outfit will now turn their attention to the UEFA Champions League where they face French giants Olympique Marseille in their opening league phase fixture on Tuesday.
