Inter Milan to wear third kit for Champions League final against PSG

Inter Milan will suit up in their third kit for the UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain at Allianz Arena in Munich on Saturday, Afrosport reports.

Inter and PSG have never played each other in the competition, and the Italian heavyweights will make use of their third kit in a Champions League final for the first time in club history.

PSG, who are the designated home team for the final, will don their usual first-choice kit – navy blue shorts and shirts with a white and red stripe in the centre – stopping Inter from wearing their usual black and blue striped kits.

Inter had the chance to wear their second kit – white shirts with blue details – but instead, the three-time European champions will make use of their third kit, a golden yellow shirt with black details and black shorts.

Simeone Inzaghi’s men are currently unbeaten in their third kit in the Champions League this season, defeating Sparta Prague 1-0 in January and a 2-0 victory over Feyenoord in the last 16 in March.

The Nerazzurri have won 13 of their 14 games in Europe’s elite competition this campaign. They lost 1-0 to Bayer Leverkusen in December, their only defeat in the competition so far.
