Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn will face off at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 15 November for their highly anticipated rematch, Afrosport reports.
Their initial middleweight bout ended with Eubank defeating Benn by unanimous decision at the same venue in April – with all three judges scoring the fight 116-112 in favour of Eubank.
The buildup to the previous fight between the British rivals garnered a lot of media and fan attention, and The Ring Magazine, owned by boxing promoter Turki Alalshikh, confirmed the rematch on Wednesday.
Both fighters had initially agreed to a rematch for 20 September, but the deal eventually failed to materialise following concerns over Eubank’s readiness.
The rematch, tagged “The Ring: Unfinished Business”, will now take place towards the end of the year, but the weight terms have yet to be confirmed.
Eubank will head into the fight holding a 35-3 record in 38 professional bouts, with 25 wins coming by way of knockout.
Benn, meanwhile, holds a 23-1 record, with 14 wins by knockout. His only loss came in the April fight against Eubank Jr, having moved up two weight divisions.
